“They delivered a product better than what they promised in plans or marketing materials”, Arnaud said. ” One of my buyers upgraded from a $2 million unit at the Ritz Carlton to a $4 million unit.”
The 212 unit Ritz Carlton should break ground in the first quarter of 2016, Grosskopf said. Chateau Group’s 58 unit Fendi Chateau Residences should be completed next summer.
Also in Chateau Group’s pipeline is the lot at 700 Biscayne Blvd and the neighboring site behind miami’s historic Freedom tower. Grosskopf plan to combine the 2 sites into a mixed use development. the building would be connected by structures above the streets, he said.
Other coming Chateau Group projects: the mixed-use Chateau Square in Hallandale Beach, an office building in Sunny Isles Beach that will also house it headquarters and 240 townhomes in Miami-Dade.
