One Ocean South Beach will be built at 1 Ocean Drive, next door to The Continuum and directly across the street from Nicky Beach.

Whole One Ocean South Beach will not sit on the sand, it will, however, rise, above Ocean Drive with terraces, patios and overly-spacious floorplans. With two mid-rise towers, One Ocean South Beach will offer 3, 4 and 5 bedroom units in its South Tower (along South Pointe Drive), and 5 bedroom floorplans in its smaller, North Tower.
