The Project designed by Mexican architect Enrique Norten is actually conceived as 2 buildings facing the ocean and the street separated by a lush courtyard.

Each of the two 321 Ocean towers has 30 units inside, all of which have balconies and floor to ceiling windows. Amenities include an infinity edge pool by the beach, a fitness center that overlooks Ocean Drive, and a exclusively landscaped urban oasis fashioned by world renowned designer Enzo Enea.
